In order to deliver real support we had to overcome a range of institutional biases.
The experience had to be personalized, customer-centric, and simple.
Process
Following a competitive analysis and stakeholder interviews I developed user flows, designed wire frames and built a high fidelity prototype to test with users. Try the prototype.
